About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable Java-based software solutions within an agile environment.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications ensuring design constraints are met in code development.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity while validating outputs and contributing reusable patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate, and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, web services, agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security), version control (Git), and cloud native experience with AWS.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI-generated outputs securely and effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer with strong Java backend skills focused on secure, production-level code and system stability.
- Comfortable working within agile teams using AI-assisted development tools and applying secure, responsible AI practices.
- Skilled in system design and able to synthesize large data sets to improve applications and architecture continuously.
