About This Role
- Design, develop, and support business process automation, system integrations, and workflow orchestration to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Lead technical delivery including application development, solution architecture, cloud services, secure integrations, CI/CD implementation, and production support.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to identify challenges and deliver scalable, innovative technology solutions using automation and cloud technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Enterprise Integration, Automation, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Proficient with Python, REST APIs (including SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth), Apache Airflow, Selenium/Playwright, Microsoft Azure Cloud and Azure Key Vault, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Git/Bitbucket.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM and ServiceNow platforms and strong SQL/MySQL/Oracle database experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise application integrations and cloud-native architectures with strong hands-on automation and workflow orchestration skills.
- Able to lead technical delivery and mentor teams, working closely with business stakeholders to identify and solve complex problems.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices and exposure to AI-enabled automation (copilot) solutions.
