Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM and ServiceNow platforms and strong SQL/MySQL/Oracle database experience.
Experienced in enterprise application integrations and cloud-native architectures with strong hands-on automation and workflow orchestration skills.
Able to lead technical delivery and mentor teams, working closely with business stakeholders to identify and solve complex problems.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices and exposure to AI-enabled automation (copilot) solutions.
