About This Role
- Lead and provide high-level systems consultation in technology operations, focusing on major incident management and resolution.
- Monitor and manage major incident events via TMIM Command Center tools, facilitating incident bridges and coordinating cross-functional responses to minimize downtime and restore services.
- Own decisions on technical changes and enhancements, collaborating with global technical teams and managing resource capacity to ensure compliance and timely incident resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture.
- Experience required in major incident management and production support in critical technology environments.
- Proficient with IT monitoring and incident management tools such as Netcool, Big Panda, ServiceNow, Grafana, Splunk, and cloud services.
- Flexible availability for 24x7 rotational shifts and on-call basis; willingness to work from office based on business needs.

- Experienced in leading complex, high-impact systems operations initiatives involving cross-functional global teams in a large corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve technology production incidents across infrastructure and application domains with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
