About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain GitLab CI/CD or comparable pipelines for enterprise SaaS platforms including Salesforce and Zuora, focusing on automation and operational controls.
- Develop reusable automation scripts (e.g., Python) to reduce manual deployment effort and improve release repeatability and reliability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve release governance, observability, troubleshooting, and compliance across multiple environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years experience in release engineering, DevOps, or related roles with enterprise SaaS applications such as Salesforce or Zuora.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD or comparable CI/CD pipeline tools in production environments.
- Mandatory daily use of AI-assisted development and automation tools (e.g., Claude) as part of release engineering workflow.

- Experienced in managing release processes and automation for business-critical enterprise SaaS applications with measurable improvements in reliability and efficiency.
- Proficient at cross-team collaboration including security, compliance, and business stakeholders to implement delivery controls with minimal friction.
