Lead and manage a development team (~10-15 members) responsible for the AOS-CX Switch OS roadmap execution, collaborating with cross-functional groups (PLM/TME, Customer Support, Hardware, ASIC, Supply Chain).
Own project management responsibilities including headcount, deliverables, scheduling, costing, risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with organizational roadmaps and timely execution.
Provide people management for assigned team members, including hiring, performance management, coaching, career development and fostering knowledge growth within the team.
Minimum Requirements
Engineering degree (BE/BTech/MTech) required.
Minimum 10 years total experience with at least 3 years of people management experience.
Prior development experience in Networking and Embedded Systems; strong programming skills in C/C++ and scripting in Python.
Work model is Hybrid with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office.
