5+ years applied experience in infrastructure engineering with formal training or certification.
Experience managing infrastructure engineering teams.
Proven ability to lead safe use and validation of AI-assisted capabilities within infrastructure engineering workflows, ensuring alignment with resiliency and security standards.
Technical expertise in telephony PBX (CUCM, Cisco Call Manager), VOIP protocols (SIP, H.323), Session Border Controllers (Sonus, Ribbon SBC, Kandy Link), scripting (PowerShell, Python), and knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering methods.
