Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in Python scripting and automation development, with proven experience in storage automation and enterprise storage management.
Experience automating IBM DS8K and VTS storage platforms and z/OS environments, including expertise in Python and REXX scripting.
Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in enterprise storage automation specifically for IBM DS8K and VTS platforms as well as familiarity with production support and monitoring in complex environments.
Strong Python developer with proven ability to build scalable automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD processes.
Experience working directly with infrastructure, storage, and operations teams to develop proactive, operationally efficient automation solutions in mainframe and Unix/Linux contexts.
