About This Role
- Own operational health, stability, and roadmap planning for one or two enterprise reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, SAP BusinessObjects, Metric Insights, Power BI).
- Manage platform configuration, user security, licensing, and performance optimization for assigned reporting tools.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, data teams, and internal clients to deliver reliable reporting solutions and drive adoption of governance, standards, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time graduation from an accredited university is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 years total IT experience with at least 4 years supporting reporting, analytics, or enterprise application platforms.
- Experience developing and supporting complex reports/dashboards in Tableau, Metric Insights, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to work with complex data sources like SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, or Google BigQuery, including semantic layer setup and basic PL/SQL.
- Must support US business hours including extended off-office hours, overnight, weekends/holidays on-call on a rotational basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise reporting platforms with strong operational ownership and platform configuration skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and coordinating with infrastructure, network, and applications groups on performance and incident management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP), automation/configuration tools, and leveraging AI for support and productivity enhancements is advantageous.
