Experience developing and supporting complex reports/dashboards in Tableau, Metric Insights, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, or Looker.
Ability to work with complex data sources like SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, or Google BigQuery, including semantic layer setup and basic PL/SQL.
Must support US business hours including extended off-office hours, overnight, weekends/holidays on-call on a rotational basis.
Experienced in managing enterprise reporting platforms with strong operational ownership and platform configuration skills.
Comfortable working across multiple teams and coordinating with infrastructure, network, and applications groups on performance and incident management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP), automation/configuration tools, and leveraging AI for support and productivity enhancements is advantageous.
