About This Role
- Design and enhance client digital products by creating user interfaces and experiences that meet user needs.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and perform usability testing; iterate designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other designers; contribute to and advocate for design system consistency.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional UI/UX design experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Figma is mandatory; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Experience designing user interfaces for multiple device types (mobile, tablet, desktop).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end UI/UX design process from concept through developer handoff.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Candidates with FinTech industry experience preferred due to domain relevance.
