About This Role
- Manage product roadmap and backlog for managed investment calculation capabilities ensuring delivery of new features, enhancements, and quality improvements.
- Translate investment methodologies and business requirements into detailed calculation specifications, validating calculations and investigating discrepancies using SQL and data analysis.
- Collaborate with methodology experts, engineers, QA, and global teams to drive development, testing, and ensure calculation accuracy and alignment with proprietary methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in product management, business analysis, or data analysis, preferably within investment analytics or financial services.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills for analyzing complex investment datasets and validating calculation results.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
- Understanding of managed investments including mutual funds, ETFs, performance, risk, fees, and peer comparisons.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in specifying, prototyping, or validating financial or investment analytical calculations, with attention to data dependencies and edge cases.
- Comfortable managing product backlogs and working closely with engineering and QA through the development lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with ability to learn complex financial concepts quickly and explain technical calculations to diverse stakeholders.
