About This Role
- Conduct assessments of cybersecurity capabilities and security controls across various technology environments.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in cybersecurity controls and support development of improvement roadmaps.
- Support cyber governance, risk management, and transformation programs to enhance security posture and cyber resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk, Security Controls, Governance, Compliance, or Cyber Transformation.
- Knowledge and practical exposure to cybersecurity control frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Kusto Query Language (KQL) for security analysis and control validation.
- Location: Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in conducting detailed security control assessments and cyber capability evaluations.
- Familiarity with identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and application security domains, supporting cross-technology collaboration.
- Capable of supporting cyber transformation initiatives through analytical insights, documentation, remediation tracking, and executive reporting.
