About This Role
- Lead assessments of cybersecurity capabilities and effectiveness of security controls across various technology environments.
- Identify cybersecurity risks, capability gaps, and transformation opportunities; develop and support implementation of cyber maturity roadmaps and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate cybersecurity priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes supporting cyber resilience and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk, Security Controls, Governance, Compliance, or Cyber Transformation.
- Proven experience in leading security control, risk, or capability assessments across technology domains.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and KQL for security analysis and control validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in evaluating and improving identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and application security controls within large enterprises.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to drive cybersecurity transformation.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills supporting governance, metrics, and executive reporting in cyber risk and security control environments.
