About This Role
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans ensuring on-time delivery of engineering and product initiatives.
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile methodologies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination.
- Drive internal process improvements and communicate project status and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience as an active Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience developing, coaching, or managing teams.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years as Scrum Master in software development.
