Experience with Service Now ticketing and working in ITIL environments.
Experience leading and managing high performing teams during rotating shifts.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper products, Network Management solutions, Meraki, ISE, Bluecat DDI, and configuring/troubleshooting LAN environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and work collaboratively in complex matrix organizations.
