About This Role
- Design, build, operate, and sustain the enterprise IGA platform ensuring availability, compliance, and audit readiness under SOX ITGC controls.
- Develop and maintain IGA capabilities including connectors, workflows, roles, integrations, and govern access models aligned with compliance requirements.
- Manage incident resolution, platform health monitoring, change/releases, vendor coordination, and maintain audit evidence for SOX and ITGC compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IAM/IGA engineering and operations with enterprise IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in IGA platform development, integrations, workflows, and compliance control execution under SOX ITGC.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and platform task management.
- Work Experience Required: 5–7 years in IAM/IGA engineering and operations.

- Experience in regulated enterprise environments with strong adherence to SOX ITGC and internal audit controls for identity governance.
- Proficient at integrating, automating, and sustaining IGA operations bridging engineering and compliance disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end platform lifecycle including migrations, upgrades, and vendor management with clear operational accountability.
