Work Experience Required: 12+ years in relevant IAM, directory services, or security platform engineering roles.
Experienced in designing and operating globally distributed, business-critical IAM platforms with high availability and resilience requirements.
Skilled at implementing Zero Trust architectures with strong identity-centric security models across human and machine identities.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and drive IAM architecture evolution in complex enterprise environments including M&A integration scenarios.
