About This Role
- Lead technical work on Oracle Xstore POS including version upgrades and full-cycle implementations (minimum 4 projects).
- Design and implement integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, and other systems; translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis, mentor team members, enforce coding standards, and drive technical excellence in the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years IT experience with strong focus on Oracle Xstore POS and Oracle Retail ecosystem.
- Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL mandatory.
- Experience with at least 2 Xstore version upgrade projects and 4 end-to-end Xstore implementations.
- Location: Bengaluru; work type: Full-time, with remote/hybrid options (location-dependent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead capable of managing complex Xstore POS projects and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze production issues and provide solutions.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts and architects.
