About This Role
- Conduct analysis and optimize auto-decisioning strategies for new healthcare client implementations.
- Build and maintain analytical/reporting solutions using healthcare data to support strategic and program decisions.
- Provide insights on healthcare cost, utilization, and clinical outcomes to improve client value and internal/external reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in an analyst role, preferably in health tech, health plan, or healthcare consulting.
- Proficient in SQL with daily use experience.
- Experience with claims data, authorization data, or utilization management data.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Analytics, or related field preferred; must be able to commute/relocate to Hyderabad or plan to relocate before start.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with healthcare data analytics specifically for auto-decisioning and clinical intervention strategies in dynamic startup/scale-up environments.
- Skilled in translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
- Familiar with dashboard tools (Tableau/PowerBI) and comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams to refine rules and track metrics.
