About This Role
- Own cloud security posture management across GCP and AWS including continuous assessment, misconfiguration detection, and remediation tracking.
- Lead Kubernetes security hardening, runtime protection, and container supply chain security in production environments.
- Secure GitLab CI/CD pipelines end-to-end with integrated security scanning and manage endpoint/network security controls including attack surface reduction and compliance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud security, or infrastructure security engineering.
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes clusters with RBAC, network policies, pod security, and runtime protection.
- Proven expertise with GCP and/or AWS security services including IAM design and cloud attack surface reduction.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 in regulated environments.

- Experienced in cloud-native security operations with deep focus on Kubernetes production security and CI/CD pipeline protection.
- Adept at multi-cloud security implementation and maintaining compliance controls in complex regulated settings.
- Capable of translating complex vulnerabilities and security processes effectively across technical and executive stakeholders.
