Strong knowledge and hands-on skills on SAP Basis administration for ECC, S/4HANA, BW4HANA, including database administration (SAP HANA, Oracle) and Linux/AIX OS level administration.
Must be willing to work from customer location in Pune and available for weekend/planned maintenance work as required.
Experienced SAP Basis consultant capable of managing complex hybrid environment migrations and upgrades end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Strong customer-facing communication skills to lead technical discussions and interact directly with business and functional stakeholders.
Comfortable working in highly demanding 24/7 production support environments and participating in critical maintenance and continuity planning activities.
