Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification and ISTQB Foundation or equivalent QA certification.
Experienced in leading QA initiatives for complex e-commerce platforms based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and integrating QA processes within CI/CD pipelines.
Experienced mentor capable of guiding junior quality engineers and promoting best practices in QA.
