About This Role
- Own product analytics across the eBay Live buyer journey including discovery, engagement, bidding, purchasing, and retention.
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and advanced experiments to guide product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Build scalable dashboards and measurement frameworks, partnering with engineering to improve data instrumentation and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in data science, product analytics, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics, A/B testing, statistical methods, and analyzing large behavioral or event-level datasets.
- Work Experience Required: 4-8 years in relevant analytics or data science roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in product analytics within e-commerce, marketplaces, or real-time product environments.
- Skilled in experimental design including causal inference and advanced experimentation methodologies.
- Able to communicate complex analyses clearly to cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design.
