About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of AI-enabled test systems and validation strategies for the Intelligent Cockpit automotive software division.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of automation frameworks, AI-driven testing, and DevOps solutions to improve test coverage, efficiency, and time to market.
- Manage and mentor a small testing team; collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to align on quality objectives and complex technical challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; BE with MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of overall software validation experience with 10+ years in a technical leadership role within QA or automotive software testing.
- 5+ years of experience in AI-enabled testing and intelligent automation, including expertise in Python and C++.
- Based in Bengaluru with willingness for regular in-office presence; fluent English communication skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to architect scalable, cloud-integrated automated testing frameworks for automotive infotainment and web-based SaaS products.
- Strong proficiency with automotive software standards (Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262), Android and Linux test frameworks, and AI-driven validation methodologies.
- Experienced in collaborating with multiple engineering teams to translate complex requirements into actionable, scalable test architectures in Agile DevOps environments.
