About This Role
- Manage and coordinate all export-related sales activities including order processing, documentation, and customer communication for international clients.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and timely delivery by coordinating with internal teams, customs agents, freight forwarders, and banks.
- Prepare export sales reports, monitor payment realizations, and support export sales team in customer development and business opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical or Business Administration/International Trade; MBA preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in export coordination, preferably in manufacturing or wire/cable industry.
- Mandatory knowledge of export documentation, logistics, INCOTERMS, shipping processes, Letter of Credit, and banking procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft BS 365, Rattus).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end export sales coordination with operational control over documentation, compliance, and logistics.
- Skilled in interacting with international customers and multiple internal departments ensuring smooth order execution.
- Comfortable working in manufacturing-related export environment with focus on precision, compliance, and customer relationship management.
