Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Practitioner, Continuous Improvement certification; Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
Experienced in cross-functional operational environments related to logistics, warehousing, transportation, or integrated supply chain operations.
Strong capability in coaching and influencing leaders and teams towards cultural and operational transformation.
Skilled in leveraging technology, automation, analytics, and digital tools to enhance Operational Excellence and simplify ways of working.
