Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer/Software Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on PLC development experience using IEC 61131-3 standard.
Proficient in Beckhoff TwinCAT or similar PLC development environments with Fieldbus fundamentals.
Willingness to travel internationally (Germany, USA, other customer locations) on short-term assignments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in modular, function-block-based PLC programming with strong knowledge of Structured Text and Object-Oriented Programming.
Skilled in navigating the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Has prior exposure to hardware-in-the-loop or automated PLC testing and additional programming skills such as C#, Python, or C/C++.
