About This Role
- Develop, design, and maintain PLC software applications following IEC 61131-3 standards, focusing on Structured Text and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Create and enhance simulations for PLC-controlled machine functions and perform root-cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, software, hardware teams, and international stakeholders; contribute technical expertise to project estimation and risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer/Software Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on PLC development experience using IEC 61131-3 standard, with solid experience in Beckhoff TwinCAT or similar PLC environments and Fieldbus communication fundamentals.
- Proficient in software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, and unit testing.
- Willingness to travel internationally to Germany, USA, and other customer locations on short-term assignments.

- Experienced professional with deep knowledge of IEC 61131-3 based PLC control logic development using Structured Text and modular function blocks.
- Capable of bridging technical and management discussions effectively, supporting project planning and quality improvements.
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-disciplinary teams involving system engineering, software, hardware, and remote international collaboration.
