Experienced in working within scaled agile frameworks and cross-functional POD/squad models, able to handle multiple squads and coordinate system analysts.
Proficient in integrating AI solutions into product development with an ability to craft effective AI prompts and strategies aligned to business needs.
Strong communicator capable of working across technical and business teams, with quantitative and problem-solving skills for continuous process improvements.
