About This Role
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting and reporting ensuring accurate transaction recording per global standards.
- Research and implement accounting standards (FASB, IASB), prepare technical memos, and oversee month-end close.
- Lead account reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance audits, and act as audit liaison; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Big 4 public accounting or corporate accounting policy.
- Professional certification required: CA or CPA.
- Must have deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, advanced Excel proficiency, technical writing and research skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; strong business English communication skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex accounting issues within technical accounting in public or corporate sectors.
- Able to engage and present effectively to senior stakeholders under strict deadlines.
- Familiar with insurance, banking, or asset management industries is a plus but not mandatory.
