About This Role
- Act as a product owner and strategic liaison between business and IT to drive process design, requirements, and operational readiness for data technology initiatives within Central Laboratory & International.
- Provide day-to-day operational and technical support, lead process improvements, perform root cause analysis, and support SME mentoring to ensure workflow efficiency and quality.
- Assist in data enablement activities including data quality governance, repository maintenance, and collaboration with data insight and governance teams to support organizational data strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred).
- Work Experience Required: 5 or more years, preferably supporting operations in data management.
- Experience with analytics environments and Informatica technology solutions (including Cloud, MDM, Big Data, Data Quality, Data Integration, Data Security).
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, rotational shifts in Bangalore, Karnataka location.

- Experienced in bridging business and IT for data product/service development with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational support, process optimization, and corrective action initiatives within complex data management projects.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional global teams with proven skills in requirement gathering, change management, and data governance compliance.
