About This Role
- Develop and deploy advanced analytics and predictive models for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes focused on real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and regulatory standards in building digital analytics solutions within manufacturing environments.
- Lead data integration, quality control, and automation efforts using platforms like Azure or AWS and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data science, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a GMP-regulated environment.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proficiency in Python or R, machine learning and statistical modeling, multivariate analysis (PCA/PLS), plus experience with tools like SIMCA or JMP.
- Must be based in Hyderabad with willingness for 10–20% travel and occasional night/weekend support for global operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in pharmaceutical manufacturing or life sciences with strong expertise in GMP-regulated data science and manufacturing process monitoring.
- Skilled in end-to-end analytics product deployment including data pipelines, APIs, and automation within cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
- Familiar with manufacturing software systems (PLM, MES, LIMS, ERP) and advanced visualization tools; comfortable operating in a 24/7 global operation context.
