Own end-to-end delivery and management of hybrid infrastructure services (Cloud and On-Premises) covering servers, storage, virtualization, networks, databases, and platform services.
Lead infrastructure operations teams and service providers to meet SLAs/KPIs, ensuring high availability and timely incident/problem resolution.
Drive continuous improvement, lifecycle management, compliance, and vendor management while interfacing with stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and technology partners.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of total work experience with at least 8 years managing hybrid infrastructure environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong knowledge and experience in ITIL processes and infrastructure services including compute, storage, virtualization, networking, and monitoring.
Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced manager capable of handling complex hybrid infrastructure environments aligning operational management with business and technology transformation goals.
Proven ability to manage multi-vendor environments, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure operational governance in line with ITIL.
Comfortable operating in large, global enterprise settings with multi-cloud and on-prem infrastructure, balancing operational excellence with continuous service improvement.
