Experienced manager capable of handling complex hybrid infrastructure environments aligning operational management with business and technology transformation goals.
Proven ability to manage multi-vendor environments, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure operational governance in line with ITIL.
Comfortable operating in large, global enterprise settings with multi-cloud and on-prem infrastructure, balancing operational excellence with continuous service improvement.
