About This Role
- Lead finance transformation workstreams for private equity-backed portfolio companies, focusing on finance strategy, process improvements, and technology enablement.
- Conduct finance function diagnostics and design future state operating platforms including organization structure, processes, and technology stack.
- Manage client relationships at multiple levels, drive implementation plans with measurable value, and support business development activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant client-facing experience in top-tier public accounting, financial advisory, or a mix of senior client service and private industry roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Expertise in finance business processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, FP&A, and financial function assessments.
- Role requires ability to travel to client sites; not eligible for immigration sponsorship; candidate should be local to US office location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-workstream finance transformation projects within private equity environments with focus on practical implementation and measurable business value.
- Strong hands-on leader comfortable managing both strategic risks and tactical execution, mentoring junior staff, and interfacing with senior client stakeholders.
- Proficient in finance automation, technology deployment, and articulating complex finance transformation solutions with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
