About This Role
- Lead and ensure timely, accurate completion of all month-end close activities and financial reporting in line with account and corporate calendars.
- Own all planning cycles including Strategic Planning, Operating Plans, and Forecasts with deep understanding of business dynamics at account level.
- Translate complex lease accounting (ASC 842) and software/hardware revenue recognition (ASC 606) into actionable financial models and support margin improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on finance experience in relevant domains (Energy/Industrials or similar).
- Proficient understanding of lease accounting under ASC 842 and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
- Experience with financial planning cycles and balance sheet monitoring.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in partnering with Client Partners/Account Executives to provide financial insights and move into a business advisory role.
- Comfortable handling multiple SAP instances and understanding inter-entity journal flows, especially in a complex multi-offering environment.
- Skilled at navigating inter-personnel communications to ensure deliverables and compliance within fast-paced finance/accounting teams.
