About This Role
- Manage end-to-end travel requirements for NRI clients including flights, hotels, tours, insurance, and transport.
- Design personalized travel itineraries and handle visa processing, documentation, and travel insurance support.
- Maintain relationships with NRI clients and global suppliers, manage high-value bookings, and prepare market performance reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of travel consulting experience with at least 2 years serving NRI or international markets.
- Proficiency in travel systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre; English fluency mandatory.
- Location: Ahmedabad (Nikol) or Mumbai; Night shift work hours required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing VIP or high-net-worth NRI clients and customizing itineraries based on client preferences.
- Demonstrates strong sales orientation with relationship management skills in international travel markets.
- Familiarity with digital travel platforms, CRM systems, and international client bases such as UAE, UK, USA, Canada or Singapore is a plus.
