About This Role
- Collect and analyze operational data reports to determine financial outcomes within Order to Cash operations.
- Manage cash application processes including cash reconciliation, unapplied cash processing, and coordination with customers.
- Perform accounts receivable activities such as receiving payments, cash posting, credit adjustments, bad debt management, and reconciliation with the general ledger.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Order to Cash operations, specifically in cash application process.
- Primary skill requirement: Cash Application Process (P3 level).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Experience in handling end-to-end Order to Cash processes with a focus on cash application and reconciliation.
- Capable of working independently within defined guidelines and receiving moderate to detailed instruction.
