About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and delivery of innovative safety software solutions for frontline teams using ASP.Net Core and Azure DevOps.
- Operate in uncertain, fast-paced environments requiring problem ownership, blocker identification, and completion delivery.
- Use domain-driven design and microservices architecture incorporating cloud infrastructure (Azure AKS, CosmosDB, Azure Service Bus) and modern monitoring tools to maintain production systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development including backend, cloud infrastructure, and large scale systems.
- Proficiency in C# with ASP.Net Core, Go language, Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps services including AKS and CosmosDB.
- Location requirement: Pune (hybrid office/remote working).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and maintaining microservice-based distributed systems using event sourcing, CQRS, and message queues.
- Comfortable working hands-on with cloud-native technologies and infrastructure as code (Terraform) in production environments with strong monitoring practices.
- Able to understand and apply customer-centric design for frontline worker safety applications in large-scale energy sector context.
