About This Role
- Lead and scale Snowflake Center of Excellence (CoE) capabilities including architecture, governance, and FinOps.
- Own and design enterprise-scale Snowflake solution architectures translating business goals into data platform strategies.
- Drive large-scale Snowflake implementations, define delivery KPIs, optimize costs, and provide escalation for complex technical challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience in data engineering, analytics, or data platform roles.
- At least 7 years of hands-on Snowflake experience with architecture and delivery expertise.
- Proven leadership experience managing CoE, practice, or large delivery teams.
- Expertise in Snowflake features (Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Secure Sharing), data modelling (Dimensional, Data Vault, Lakehouse), ELT/ETL orchestration tools (ADF, Airflow, dbt, Matillion, Informatica), and data governance/security (RBAC, masking).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing consulting and large-scale solution design engagements focusing on Snowflake data platforms.
- Strong leadership in capability building, hiring strategy, and mentoring technical teams in modern data stack and cloud-native data engineering.
- Skilled in cost optimization, performance tuning, and driving adoption of CI/CD, DataOps, and DevSecOps practices.
