Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce release processes including planning, deployment, validation, and production support across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production).
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata, code, and Vlocity/OmniStudio components using Copado and related tools.
Manage Git branching strategies, resolve deployment issues, handle sandbox strategies and environment synchronization, and provide release governance and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, release management, CI/CD engineering, or Salesforce administration.
Strong hands-on expertise with Copado, Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, and Salesforce deployment best practices.
Proficiency with Git and repository management tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure Repos), branching strategies, and merge conflict resolution.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant Salesforce DevOps/release roles.
