Proficiency with Git and repository management tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure Repos), branching strategies, and merge conflict resolution.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant Salesforce DevOps/release roles.
Experienced in operating complex Salesforce release pipelines with strong knowledge of Copado and Salesforce CI/CD tools.
Skilled in managing multi-environment Salesforce releases with an emphasis on quality, environment strategy, and release governance.
Capable of collaborating across technical and business teams and providing training on deployment best practices and troubleshooting.
