About This Role
- Lead development and implementation of innovative mobile software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance.
- Manage and guide teams in designing, coding, testing, and deploying scalable mobile applications using technologies like Java, Python, C++, and mobile stacks (iOS, Android, Cross-platform).
- Apply systems thinking for problem identification, validate outcomes with clients, and coach teams to deliver quality results and embrace continuous integration/delivery practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in at least one mobile stack: iOS (Swift + SwiftUI/UIKit), Android (Kotlin or Java + Jetpack Compose), or Cross-platform (React Native or Flutter).
- Oral and written English proficiency required.

- Experienced senior manager capable of leading and motivating diverse software development teams in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Strong technical background in mobile app architecture (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture) and full mobile app lifecycle including testing, release, and app store submission.
- Skilled in client management, strategic problem solving using systems thinking, and driving software project innovation and continuous delivery.
