About This Role
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation across diverse client projects.
- Manage, coach, and guide large teams on designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications using advanced programming languages and microservices architecture.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to analyze requirements, provide strategic advice, and validate software outcomes ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient oral and written English mandatory.
- Advanced programming skills in Java, Python, and C++ plus expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AKS, Copilot Studio, AI Search, and Semantic Kernel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related fields preferred.
- Proficient in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and teams through challenging and uncertain environments with strong stakeholder communication.
