About This Role
- Design and deliver secure, stable, scalable software solutions supporting Auto Finance business functions.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts ensuring design constraints are met in software development.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and contribute reusable patterns for team effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on applied software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, React Native, AWS (ECS, DynamoDB, Postgres), Kafka, IaC/Terraform.
- Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working within large corporate environments with modern programming and database querying languages.
- Comfortable with agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.
- Skilled in analyzing and improving coding hygiene and system architecture through data insights and responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
