About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and cloud-native technologies.
- Build scalable AI services, including AI assistants and copilots, to accelerate software development and operational workflows.
- Collaborate across teams to identify high-value AI use cases and establish best practices for AI governance, evaluation, and responsible adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on AI solution delivery.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI, LLM integration, RAG, AI Agents, cloud-native applications, and enterprise data platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and experience with Java or .NET.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with enterprise data management platforms like Databricks, Spark, AWS, and cloud storage solutions (Amazon S3, vector databases).
- Demonstrated ability to design and operate scalable, distributed AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
- Comfortable driving AI strategy within a multi-disciplinary team environment, with skills in technical leadership, mentoring, and communicating complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
