About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and delivery of innovative software applications leveraging Azure AI and programming languages like Java, Python, and C#.
- Manage full lifecycle of software projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and mentoring teams to maintain quality and innovation.
- Drive adoption of software development methodologies such as ATDD and CI/CD and oversee integration of enterprise applications and microservices to improve business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) mandatory.
- Expertise required in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, AKS, Copilot Studio, AI Search, Azure App Service, and Azure Function.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in software engineering with hands-on experience in Azure AI technologies and cloud-native development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage software development teams and client relationships in technology consulting.
- Experience applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), managing microservices and API integrations, and advancing digital transformation initiatives.
