About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple AI programs including GenAI and classical ML, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and business outcomes.
- Establish integrated plans and governance across cross-functional teams to ensure predictable releases, compliance, and adoption in Agile/Hybrid environments.
- Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence through risk management, stakeholder communication, and coaching of delivery teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years overall experience with at least 8+ years in IT/digital transformation project/program management.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Mandatory certifications: PMP or Prince2; Agile certifications (CSM/SAFe) strongly preferred/mandatory.
- Hands-on experience managing at least 1 AI/ML project (GenAI/LLM experience highly desirable).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to deliver complex AI-enabled products from initiation to production support with focus on adoption, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, product, security, and platform in matrixed environments.
- Strong executive communication skills with experience in decision-oriented reporting, governance, and stakeholder expectation management.
