About This Role
- Lead large-scale strategic and operational consulting projects for Airlines & MRO clients across India, Middle East, and APAC, driving complex operational improvements and transformations.
- Manage overall client relationships, contribute to proposals, business development, and represent the firm in client and industry forums to grow revenue.
- Lead and manage the Delhi Aviation team with line management responsibilities, coordinate with global leadership, and support inclusive team culture and growth initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years experience in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent strategic role within aviation focusing on airline operations & MRO.
- Degree from a reputable institution is mandatory.
- Established network within India, APAC, or Middle East aviation markets required.
- Willingness and ability for extensive international travel with significant onsite presence outside India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced project manager comfortable owning complex multi-market aviation consulting engagements with strong operational and strategic impact.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and lead business development efforts in the aviation sector.
- Proven leadership in managing teams, with strong structured problem-solving and communication skills suited for collaborating across multi-disciplinary, international teams.
