Practical experience with threat modelling, application security testing, and developing effective engineering controls based on identified risks.
Experienced in designing or building systems using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI agents, with a deep understanding of security failure modes specific to AI.
Proven ability to build reusable platform controls and APIs used across multiple engineering teams in multi-tenant SaaS or content-centric platforms.
Demonstrates sound judgement balancing security, usability, and operational complexity, including implementing approval gates and isolation where necessary, and communicating security decisions effectively across diverse stakeholders.
