About This Role
- Develop automation scripts and AI/ML solutions to support Stryker Vocera Technical Support team in troubleshooting products.
- Maintain and enhance tools like CAFI, ASL, and CI/CD Data Pipelines used for customer log analysis.
- Collaborate with Support, Quality, and Engineering teams to design and deliver internal automation tools following best software engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML and/or Process Automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or Powershell/Unix shell.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in AI/ML and/or Process Automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions on schedule in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Support, Quality, Engineering) to create scalable automation tooling and AI/ML integrations.
- Hands-on skills with data processing, backend frameworks (Flask/FastAPI), version control (Git), and familiarity with Agile development processes.
