About This Role
- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for supply chain analytics solutions focused on forecasting, inventory, procurement, and logistics optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and customers to deliver analytics features that solve supply chain problems and measure product success with clear KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and mentor junior PMs, ensuring delivery through agile methods in a fast-paced, enterprise software environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total work experience with at least 3 years in product management for enterprise software, analytics platforms, or supply chain technology.
- Strong domain expertise in supply chain planning and analytics including KPIs, demand/supply planning, S&OP, procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization.
- Experience with supply chain analytics tools/platforms such as o9, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or equivalent.
- Educational background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or MBA/MS in Business/Analytics.

- Experienced in defining and translating complex business requirements into data-driven product specifications in analytics and supply chain domains.
- Skilled at influencing and aligning global, cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, and business stakeholders in delivering enterprise-grade products.
- Proven track record working with predictive models, scenario analysis, optimization techniques, and measuring supply chain KPIs across manufacturing and retail industries.
