About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of scalable, secure, AI-driven platforms ensuring performance and integration of machine learning models and AI services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into advanced AI solutions using appropriate frameworks and technologies.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI development including data governance, model management, MLOps, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field; PhD is a plus.
- 10+ years of software architecture experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML solution design and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in AI-relevant programming languages (Python, Java, R) and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and understanding of data engineering and MLOps pipelines.

- Experienced architect with significant exposure to AI/ML systems design, deployment, and operational best practices in organizational settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-project priorities and mentor technical teams in advanced AI technologies.
- Knowledgeable of ethical AI, data privacy regulations, and the latest AI advancements including deep learning architectures and modern LLM toolkits.
